Kids are welcome! For their safety, we ask that they stay off the dance floor during dinner and speeches, especially since we have a sparkling first dance planned. They can join in the fun once the MC opens the floor to guests. Thanks for your understanding!

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to accommodate plus ones as our venue has limited seating and we want to ensure everyone we’ve invited has a comfortable spot. Thank you for understanding!

Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at Fox Fields. We look forward to seeing you there!

We do have a hotel block at The Pollard available. The Wedding Party will be staying there the night of the wedding. We recommend staying in Red Lodge as close as possible to the venue! Please check out our travel page for more information.

We kindly request that our guests do not drive to the venue. There is not available parking onsite. There will be a bus running all night, starting at the Pollard Hotel and going to the venue and back. More details on an exact schedule will be posted to our wedding website closer to our wedding date.

We kindly ask that no one takes pictures during the ceremony to ensure everyone can fully enjoy the moment. Additionally, we request that alcohol not be consumed before the ceremony, as we want this special occasion to remain as memorable and uninterrupted as possible. Wednesday - Cody Rodeo. Thursday - all events by invite only. Friday - Flower Shower and Welcome Party. Saturday - Wedding Day! Sunday - Send off.

There are several other events that are open for attendance. We are planning on attending the Cody, WY nightly rodeo on Wednesday August 13th. We will not be coordinating tickets or transportation, but if you are interested in gathering with us, please let Caitlin know you are planning on coming. Additionally, for the ladies, there will be a flower shower on Friday at 2pm for the Bride! Please reach out to Caitlin for more details if you are interested in attending. The morning after the wedding, the Happy Couple and the Wedding Party will be at the Pollard Hotel sending off their family and friends. Feel free to stop in on your way out of town.

We will have a selection of signature cocktails, beer, and wine for you to enjoy! Please remember to tip our bartenders.
